曾文培轉述：方仰寧認為洪崇晏逃避責任

不滿中正一分局長丁仰寧驅離作為的群眾昨晚包圍分局，曾被丁仰寧嗆是「小孬孬」的台大學生洪崇晏更是帶頭要方仰寧出面。提及「小孬孬」事件，昨天上午前往分局聲援方仰寧的全國青工總會長曾文培轉述，方仰寧提及洪崇晏時，指他是職業學生，因為每次都帶頭鬧場，「但一有事就躲起來」，所以特別氣憤，要他勇敢地負責任。
