黑衣人嗆馬總統 遊覽車「路過」擋中間

馬英九總統到訪南方澳地區，遊覽車「巧合」二度擋住對面的黑衣人抗議。

總統馬英九今天上午到宜蘭縣南方澳地區，參加台日漁業協議簽訂周年慶活動，同時到進安宮及南天宮上香祈福。

馬總統到場時，進安宮對面一群身穿黑衣的抗議民眾，持標語高喊撼衛民主，退回服貿，「好巧不巧」一輛遊覽車二度也「路過」，正巧擋在馬總統和抗議群眾之間。

群眾很不滿，強調自己是良民，到自己的土地發聲，為何警方出奧步，隨後也發現該輛遊覽車停放在南方澳消防隊門前的黃線區上，裡面載滿了員警。大罵影響救災，以及違規停車。

不過，針對抗議民眾指稱警方出奧步，阻礙他們發言，蘇澳警方否認知情，隨即也要求遊覽車開走。
