父母精神虐童　英擬立法開罰

英國政府正考慮就精神虐待兒童行為立法。新法被關注兒童權益慈善組織稱為「灰姑娘法」(Cinderella Law)，草案一旦通過，那些對子女進行精神虐待的父母將首次受到法律制裁。

國會議員巴克蘭表示，英國現行法律中很大部分訂立於150年前，有些內容已經過時，精神虐待同樣讓兒童受到極大的傷害。他指成人對兒童的忽視、孤立、甚至恐嚇，不但會使他們精神受傷害，同時會導致他們長大後步入社會時，出現犯罪或反社會行為。

關注兒童權益慈善組織則指，英國現行法例只關注兒童身體受虐待情況，忽視其精神創傷。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
