一名因盜墓案遭通緝6年之久的張姓男子，日前因違規停車，加上穿著極似默劇演員卓別林的裝扮，而被攔查的中市警五分局員警識破通緝身分。七十二歲的張嫌詢後解送南投地檢署歸案。

 臺中市第五分局四平派出所員警，日前執行巡邏勤務，行經北屯區崇德路與崇德十路時，發現一部自小客車違規停車，恐妨害交通，當員警正拿起相機準備要拍照，逕行舉發時，突然有位站在路旁的男子跑來稱是他的車。

該名男子穿著十分特殊，極似默劇演員卓別林的裝扮，引起員警注意，員警先以警用M-POLICE電腦查詢車籍，再續查車主資料與照片後，赫然發現該張姓男子，係為南投地檢署97年間所發布之侵害墳墓屍體案通緝犯。

七十二歲的張嫌，強辯員警所查並非本人，直到員警帶至偵查隊按捺指紋確認身分後，才坦承不諱。張嫌向警方表示，自己一直以來居無定所，且刻意躲避警方查緝多年，自以為能逍遙法外，沒想到頭來自己卻因為違規停車遭警方查獲，直呼冥冥中是天意，一定是自己盜墓損陰德才會落的如此下場，警方詢後將張嫌解送南投地檢署歸案。
