賞金5萬　要抓虐狗人渣

流浪犬小黑遭人以虐殺方式，身體被打進100多發鋼珠，左前肢還被鋼線幾近勒斷，今《蘋果》報導後，引發網友群情激憤，揚言要揪出人渣，動保團體決定趁勢追兇，要懸賞五萬元，找出這名虐狗人渣，並訂明天上午到小黑發現處的屏東瑪家村，發放1000份的緝兇海報。

救援小黑的高雄市關懷流浪動物協會理事長王小華說，虐狗者實在可惡至極、毫無人性，動保人士本月初除在瑪家村救援身體被打進上百發鋼珠的小黑外，近一個多月，也在瑪家村發現多隻遭捕獸夾夾斷腿的流浪犬，「絕對不能再縱容這名殘暴嗜血之徒」。

王小華說，在屏東縣府遲遲抓不到虐狗者，且擔心再有狗兒受害，協會決定自力救濟，明上午就前往瑪家村發放1000份的緝兇海報，並鼓勵民眾提供線索，若因此找到殘害小黑的虐狗者，將發放五萬元致謝。檢舉電話(07)3222552。(吳慧芬／高雄報導)
