「沒錢整修」　漁會歷史建物贈基市府

基隆區漁會今天召開「第16屆第2次會員代表大會議程」，決議將舊漁會正濱大樓捐贈給基隆市政府，漁會理事長游日興表示，「由於沒有漁會大樓內部損壞嚴重，沒有相關維修專業人才及足夠經費修補！」才決議忍痛割愛，將歷史建物交由基市府管理。
 
漁會另決議漁船魚貨進出一律過磅，徵收魚貨交易金額的1.25％，假設交易額1萬元為例，徵收125元作為管理費用，部分宜蘭漁民抱怨說，「之前都沒收費，突然這樣搞很像土匪！」當地漁民則回應說，各地區都是按照這樣的比例在收管理費，低調說「因為之前的漁會太懶，將近10幾年沒執行過磅收費制度！」（陳偉周／基隆報導）
