六輕外包工人跌落集灰輸送帶死亡

台塑六輕工業區傳出工安意外，麥寮汽電公司執行灰渣輸送帶清理作業，一名外包廠商工人不慎跌落輸送帶，遭機械夾成重傷，經過長達四個多小時救援，才將人找到，可惜早已傷重身亡。

台塑六輕管理處指出，發生意外事故的位置，是在麥寮發電廠南側的底灰輸送機，當時一名六十三歲的王姓外包工人，正在進行灰渣輸送帶清理作業，不料一不小心竟跌落輸送帶上，被運轉中的設備捲入密閉的集灰槽內。

由於不知道工人被捲入後，是卡在集灰槽的那一個位置，搜救人員和廠方只能拆開設備逐段找尋，前前後後耗費四個多小時，最後才找到被卡在滾輪下方已經死亡的工人。

造成這起工安事故的確實原因，以及責任歸屬，承包廠商是否有所疏失，正由相關單位著手勘驗調查中。
