（中央社紐約14日綜合外電報導）法新社說，「華爾街日報」和「紐約時報」報導，中國大陸電子商務巨擘阿里巴巴集團準備在紐約初次公開發行（IPO）。

這兩家報紙引述不具名消息人士的說法報導，阿里巴巴已排除香港和倫敦，決定在紐約上市。

報導沒說，阿里巴巴初次公開發行會選在那斯達克股票市場（NASDAQ）、還是紐約證券交易所（New YorkStock Exchange）。

預期阿里巴巴IPO能籌到約100億美元資金，將會是科技業自2012年臉書公司（Facebook）IPO後最大的初次公開發行。

華爾街日報說，申請文件最快會在4月呈交，可能在第3季開始交易。(中央社)
