閃點敗訴 宏達電表欣慰

（中央社記者江明晏台北15日電）美國國際貿易委員會(ITC)判定宏達電未侵害Flashpointtechnology公司專利權；宏達電對此感到欣慰。

宏達電表示，將持續對抗此類不從事產品設計製造或提供服務的專利授權公司所提出無據的專利侵權指控。

閃點是影像處理專利授權公司，指稱遭侵犯的專利涵蓋了顯示螢幕的互動指示，及如何以文字與影像建立文件格式化的專利；ITC在14日的最終判決中，判定宏達電未侵害Flashpointtechnology公司專利權。

宏達電對此感到欣慰，這是宏達電與FlashPoint公司的專利爭訟中第2度獲得勝利。

宏達電強調，從美國國際貿易委員會與聯邦上訴法院就之前 ITC No. 337-TA-726 調查案的確認判決，及今天美國國際貿易委員會的最終判決，可很清楚地明白Flashpoint公司的專利侵權指控是完全沒有根據的。

宏達電表示，在產品的創新上一向尊重他人智慧財產權，並將持續對抗如FlashPoint公司此類不從事產品設計製造或提供服務的專利授權公司所提出無據的專利侵權指控。1030315
