廖義仕在球場特別顯眼，是因為他的身高比起一般人矮上許多，但對足球的信念，淬煉他成為綠茵上的小巨人。

身高僅155公分，去年替惠文高中拿下三冠王（稻江盃、高中聯賽、TYL高中組）後，廖義仕就讀台灣體育大學，在中日韓城市青年足球邀請賽獲得上場磨鍊的機會。

小學起看著學長踢足球，覺得很好玩就加入，廖義仕從不後悔選擇這條路，即便他從小身高就不突出，一路走來也沒受到歧視與質疑，「這些我不在乎，我真的很喜歡踢足球。」

鬥志高昂，但場上見真章的足球賽，廖義仕的缺陷避無可避困擾，「高空球爭搶還有卡位都很吃虧，我用速度彌，還有傳球技巧以及和隊友搭配，畢竟現在高個子速度也很快。」

秉持對足球的熱愛，廖義仕克服身高上的劣勢，在綠茵上奔馳著，也追尋著一個目標，就是希望延續高中奪冠的氣勢，替台體大在聯賽中抱回冠軍。
