E環FF真的不可能出現機身防手震嗎？

小弟很期待E環的防手震FF機
這麼一來等同於通用型機身
手動對焦已經很方便
相當希望拿canon的鏡頭來搭sony機身
看了一些討論區
有人提出E環的孔徑裝上FF cmos已經吃滿了
cmos已經沒有防震位移的空間
硬要位移就吃不到光
所以E環FF不可能出現機身防手震
這個說法可信嗎
想聽聽前輩的想法
