重汙染 陸重霾81萬平方公里

（中央社台北22日電）中國大陸環保部今天公布，中東部大部分省份21日出灰霾，面積約143萬平方公里，重霾面積81萬平方公里，以京津冀地區汙染最為嚴重。

「灰霾」指空氣相對濕度小於等於80%，能見度低於、等於10公里；「重度霾」指同樣條件下、能見度低於等於2公里。

新華社報導，中國環保部22日指出，受不利氣象條件等因素的影響，京津冀及周邊地區持續出現空氣重汙染，部分城市空氣品質達到嚴重汙染。

大陸環保部21日衛星遙感監測顯示，中東部地區大部分省份出現灰霾，灰霾影響面積約為143萬平方公里，重霾面積約為81萬平方公里，主要集中在北京、河北、山西、山東、河南、遼寧等地。

北京、天津、河北及周邊地區的39個城市中，有7個城市22日9時的PM2.5小時每立方公尺平均濃度大於250微克，屬嚴重汙染。北京市當時每立方公尺平均濃度253微克。

大陸環保部表示，23至26日，因大氣擴散條件不利，天津和河北北部以「中至重度」汙染為主，北京和河北中南部以「重至嚴重」汙染為主。27日，受冷空氣影響，汙染才會緩解。1030222
