抗氣候變遷 歐巴馬宣布設10億美元基金

（路透華盛頓14日電）美國總統歐巴馬今天宣布將在2015年政府預算中，編列10億美元經費，用來協助全美因應氣候變遷造成的衝擊。

歐巴馬在加州弗瑞斯諾（Fresno）宣布這項經費，他也承諾動用聯邦預算，加速援助美國人口最多的加州應付乾旱。 加州正試圖對抗有紀錄以來最嚴重的乾旱，這場乾旱重創加州農業、能源生產與其它工業。 歐巴馬在2013年6月宣示「氣候行動計畫」（Climate Action Plan），而上述經費就是此計畫的一部份。不過這個基金仍需國會批准，能不能通過，無法確定。中央社（翻譯）
