標題[問題] 在家企的薪水

小弟112管院 明年畢業 沒意外的話就是進家企工作 可是最近和老爸談到薪水的部分 有點不太爽 我爸居然說我跟其他新進台幹一樣 35k薪水+5k零用錢 雖然是家族企業 可是這薪水外派大陸 以112來說也太少了吧???? 我雖然本身有公司股份 可是那些股東分紅都直接進我媽口袋 等於我每月還是只有這4萬塊 年終最多2個月 這樣等於我年薪還沒破60 = =" 雖然是幫自己家做事 可是感覺很不受尊重 要背負學歷和血緣的壓力 卻還得忍受低於水準的薪水??? 請問我這樣想是我的想法有問題嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 223.143.173.223
