螺絲孔滑牙！

大家好
小弟的車平時簡單的小保養皆是自己處理
一般就是5000換機油，10000換機油加清節氣門
但是由於固定節氣門的螺絲孔因為沒有金屬牙套（固定座應該是塑鋼）
因此長期(車已跑23萬)拆裝下來已經有一顆螺絲孔滑牙
一顆也不太牢固了
不知道是否有大大處理過類似的情況？
搜尋網路有在修復這類螺絲孔滑牙的
就是將原本的螺絲孔擴孔後
再裝入牙套以沿用原來的螺絲
不知道這樣的方法有沒有推薦的店家？
