立院通過了！ 黃世銘年終獎金全刪

立法院院會今(14)日三讀修正通過2014年度中央政府總預算，其中部會首長年終工作獎金部分，最高法院檢察署檢察總長黃世銘年終加考績獎金共新台幣43萬1000元全數刪除。

最高法院檢察署原列2億2500萬餘元預算，立院決議通過減列人事費與檢察業務共計432萬元，其中包括黃世銘的年終獎金43萬1000元、特偵組加班費75萬元及特偵組案件偵辦經費近52萬元等。

朝野立法院黨團9日曾共同協商2014年度中央政府總預算案，當時就同意刪除檢察總長黃世銘年終獎金；協商過程中，立法院長王金平曾主張不要刪除黃世銘年終獎金，不過，除了在野黨立委反對外，也有國民黨籍立委認為應該全刪，最終仍決議維持全刪決議。
