英国《泰晤士报》周二（1月13日）刊登报道称：买路进英国，中国人最多。

“2014年，有创纪录人数的中国人投资最少100万英镑获得英国移民签证。”

报道说，过去一年投资移民英国的中国人数比2013年增加一倍，而投资移民英国的俄罗斯人人数也增加了近六成。

报道引述投资移民律师称，这些富裕的中国人和俄罗斯人是希望用此途径将在自己国内的财产转移到英国的低风险安全环境中。

随着中国经济面临放缓和俄罗斯因乌克兰问题前景难测，这一移民趋势还在继续看涨。

英国内政部数据显示，2014年共签发831个投资移民签证，其中中国人占357人，而2013年，中国人投资移民英国人数为178。

英国政府已经在2014年11月将投资移民的最低金额上调至200万英镑。
