西北第一村白哈巴，位於大陸新疆阿勒泰與哈薩克斯坦接壤的邊境線上，是一個原始自然生態與古老傳統文化共融的村落。

根據中新網報導，每年冬季的白哈巴村被一片白雪覆蓋，村莊、樹林、道路、山體與炊煙、起早的路人構成了一幅天然畫捲，氣勢宏偉景觀壯觀。
