黃俊英本想先提辭職

考試委員黃俊英任期邁入最後一年，數月前身體轉壞，擔心影響公務，他曾提出「辭職」的想法，但是其他考委鼓勵他身體會康復，他請假回高雄養病，可惜仍敵不過癌魔，享年七十三歲。

曾任大學教職、高雄市副市長的黃俊英民國九十七年經總統馬英九提名擔任考試委員，任期共六年，今年八月底任期屆滿，考試院表示，考試委員由總統提名任命，目前應不再補。

黃俊英告別式明天早上在台北市地藏禪寺舉辦，考試院長關中將親自率隊前往上香致意。
