標題[請問] 臺灣上市公司相關規定

請問各位大大，台灣的上市公司是否有一個條款，限制其海外子公司在台灣以外的地方簽訂合約時，其簽約年限衹能一年這樣的規定? 目前有遇到一個這樣的客戶，表示這是臺灣上市公司應有的規範。。這有點不合常理！！ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 180.176.220.158
