連勝文：提告是痛苦的決定

針對台北市議員鍾小平在媒體上指國民黨中央委員連勝文擔任悠遊卡董事長期間轉投資基金，慘賠4億元。連勝文下午委託律師遞狀向鍾小平提出民事誹謗之訴，求償500萬元整，並登報道歉。

連勝文表示，對黨內同志鍾小平提告，「是非常痛苦的決定」。

連勝文發表聲明指出，鍾小平曾於民國101年11月29日行使其職權向悠遊卡公司要求提供其轉投資相關資料，並於同年12月3日獲得悠遊卡公司書面答覆，顯見其明知悠遊卡公司絕無購買任何海外基金。
