限制南海漁業活動 美批評

（路透華盛頓9日電）美國今天表示，中國大陸在引起主權爭議的南海實施新的漁業限制，「是挑釁並可能造成危險的作為」。

海南省去年11月通過新的漁業法辦法，自今年1月1日生效，規定外國漁船必須獲得許可，才能進入海南省所轄海域作業。

美國國務院發言人莎琪（Jen Psaki）在新聞簡報會表示：「針對其他國家在南海引起爭議區域的漁業活動通過這些限制，是挑釁並可能造成危險的作為」。中央社（翻譯）
