跨境網購夯　立委提醒超過3000元要課稅

【李英婷／台北報導】國際網路購物發展蓬勃，親民黨立委李桐豪今上午舉行記者會，提醒民眾跨境網路購物時，即使是零關稅物品，仍可能遭課營業稅。

李桐豪以親身經驗指出，近日在亞馬遜（Amazon）網站購買2本書，在購物時為單獨2筆交易項目、未達3千元，但未料賣家提前出貨，反致貨品合併運送、合併金額超過營業稅3千元免稅額優惠門檻，雖為零關稅物品仍須加徵5%的營業稅。

財政部賦稅署科長李志忠表示，台灣採消費地課稅原則，若國內購物，營業稅由賣家申報課徵；但國外購物時，因無法向賣家課徵營業稅，因此海關會向買家代徵。

李志忠還呼籲，賣家須誠實報稅，若高價低報、或拆單分批試圖逃稅者，除了必須補稅，還將繳按所漏稅額2至5倍罰鍰。
