網拍詐騙30多人 廖女重判5年

一名經常在拍賣網站詐騙買家廖姓女子，前年又連續在網路PO了代購訊息，商品琳瑯滿目，從日本搶手蛋糕、演唱會門票到高價手機都有，但收了貨款卻沒出貨，因此讓30多名買家受害上當。全案法院審理後，認為她犯案毫無悔意，不僅沒還錢，還出國去旅遊，依詐欺取財罪重判她五年有期徒刑。

被告廖姓女子前科累累，從七年前開始就在拍賣網站上犯案，除了以名牌包便宜賣詐騙買家之外，也曾以代購日本演唱會門票詐騙歌迷。廖姓女子被逮入獄服刑，出獄之後，繼續重操舊業。

去年四月，廖姓女子又多次在網路上刊登代購商品訊息，項目五花八門，從日本蛋糕、iphone、ipad到機票和演唱會門票都有，因為價格便宜，仍造成三十多名買家匯款被騙得逞，損失金額從數千到數萬元不等。

經過被害人報案之後，警方逮捕廖姓女子。全案經過法院審理，雖然廖姓女子坦承犯行，也說願意返還財物，不過，被告除了食言，還曾跑去日本旅遊血拼，法官認定她毫無悔意，以觸犯三十多個詐欺取財罪，定應執行五年有期徒刑，全案仍可再上訴。
