陸國防部證實　將建聯合作戰指揮系統

【大陸中心／綜合外電報導】日媒日前報導，中國軍方計畫將現有的7大軍區，改編整併成「5大戰區」，並在各戰區設立全新的「聯合作戰司令部」，引發討論。中國國防部本周四向英文版《中國日報》證實，軍方將在「適當時間」設立聯合作戰指揮系統，並已積極展開相關試驗計劃。軍事觀察家認為，此舉可望強化軍隊的協調與戰鬥能力，更有效率地應對突發危機。
 
《中國日報》昨報導，國防部表示，建立聯合作戰指揮系統是「資訊時代的基本需求」，強調「中國軍隊的現代化，並非針對任何國家」。但報導未說明中國軍方設立聯合作戰司令部的確切時間表。
 
日本《讀賣新聞》本周三引述中國消息人士說法報導，中國軍方考慮將7大軍區整併成5大戰區，每個戰區將有「聯合作戰司令部」，統一指揮陸海空三軍，以及一個戰略飛彈部隊。此舉將能改變目前以防衛為主、大幅依賴陸軍的中國軍隊結構，增加各軍種的機動性與統一運用。
