標題[請問] 去保釋人出來一定要親屬嗎?

有上GOOGLE找過...不過大陸香港台灣的都混雜在一起了 如果要去保釋朋友出來，一定要找到他的親屬才可以保人出來嗎? 還是有分級制度呢?
