【短片】譚敦慈談飲食健康　教安全選擇年貨

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】已故長庚醫院毒物科專家林杰樑醫師遺孀譚敦慈，今天上午受宜蘭水利會之邀，以「食在安心」為題，在宜蘭運動公園舉辦講座，暢談飲食健康，且農曆春節將屆，談採買安心年貨原則，會場1千4百個座位全滿。譚敦慈建議民眾選擇食物，不要選擇食品，並儘量避開添加物。且建議民眾要選擇比較安全產地，包裝上也要特別去注意品牌、保存狀況且適量就好。
 
因宜蘭農田水利會舉辦這場系列講座，原計劃去年邀請林杰樑醫師擔任8月主講人，並印製了近2千張入場券，不料，林醫師突然病逝，無法舉辦，水利會特別安排這場講座，邀請譚敦慈代夫演講，並將上次沒能發出去印有林杰樑醫師照片的入場券，用護貝做成紀念券。
