今年的公告地價漲幅讓人震驚！

今天下午朋友打電話問我，你有看今年的公告地價嗎？ (每年1月1日會調整)
我答：「沒有。」…誰會沒事調資料看？
他說：「今年我家八里調漲19%…」

我答：「這個是既定政策，2005~2015年的十年之間要漲到市價的九成。以往每年大約加6~10%左右」

我上了內政部的網站，可以免費查公告地價
http://www.land.moi.gov.tw/chhtml/landvalue.asp?cid=100

原來我們家土城的土地也有超過20%的調漲…
公告地價跟以後土地過戶時要課的「土地增值稅」有關，去年我就覺得自己繳不起了。看來未來一定是割地繳稅。
