【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆黃色小鴨站出11天夭折，基隆市警察交通隊，今天晚間10時許，因應跨年晚會活動，派出2輛「賽格鴨」在東3東4碼頭附近，穿梭人潮中宣導交通全安及人員管制，黃色小鴨展期結束前，不定時巡迴疏導交通，小朋友見狀爭相合影。
