標題[討論] 錄取研替了 可是跟自己的領域不太相同

小弟有幸得到了研發替代役的缺，職位是RF工程師 可是小弟從大學到研究所都是做偏向通訊系統，例如現在在做LTE，內容跳很大 想請問各位有經驗的板友們，這種情況下進入公司，未來在公司會不會像個遲緩兒 還是說，其實不管原本是學什麼的，進入職場本來就要重新學 想請問如果是各位會如何處理這個問題，謝謝 PS 我肯學，只是怕從頭學真的慢太多 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.138.178.158
