【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆好久不見的陽光今天露臉，許多民眾趁著好天氣，湧入海洋廣場賞鴨，不料小鴨中午12時許突然暴斃身亡，許多網友獲悉消息，紛紛留言R.I.P(Rest in Peace)。主辦單位表示，下午2時30分將會對外說明。
