【涂建豐／高雄報導】行政院南部聯合服務中心執行長江玲君今天下午召開記者會，針對日月光偷排廢水將遭市府停工事件表示，政府對企業應是監督輔導角色，不應以每日召開記者會方式，對廠商進行追殺，日月光停工將造成五千員工失業，勞工怎麼辦？建議市府輔導廠商，看如何賠償，並在改善計畫書中承諾如何回復原狀。她也質疑環保局在十月一日就查獲日月光偷排廢水，卻直到十二月才有動作，動機可疑，可能是為選舉造勢。
