天冷吃火鍋　小心凍豆腐含防腐劑

【沈能元／台北報導】天冷吃火鍋正夯，但小心火鍋料凍豆腐含防腐劑。台北市衛生局今年10月針對市售火鍋料抽驗，共抽驗 50 件產品，其中4件凍豆腐經檢驗竟含防腐劑，販售違規凍豆腐店家有大地煮忠孝分店、唐宮蒙古烤肉、火鍋世家、陶御軒，已要求業者將違規產品下架，並追查來源廠商，將依《食品衛生管理法》開罰來源廠商3萬至300萬元罰鍰。

衛生局食品藥物管理處處長邱秀儀說，此次市售火鍋料抽驗，以大地煮忠孝分店的凍豆腐，其防腐劑苯甲酸每公斤含1.46公克最高，標準為不可添加，其次是唐宮蒙古烤肉的凍豆腐，每公斤含苯甲酸0.46公克；火鍋世家的凍豆腐每公斤含苯甲酸0.31公克；陶御軒的凍豆腐每公斤含苯甲酸0.03公克。

邱秀儀說，選購凍豆腐火鍋料時，應注意冷藏產品是否於低溫保存販售，以避免產品因貯存不良而變質，若長期食用含防腐劑苯甲酸凍豆腐，將會影響肝腎功能。
