毒犯2次從警方手中逃脫 偵查隊長帶隊擒獲

花蓮一名李姓毒販，多次進出監獄，性格狡猾，導致警方兩次逮捕都被他逃脫，最近新城警分局再次掌握男子行蹤，由經驗老道的偵查隊長黃啟杰親自帶隊，總算將過著吉普賽人生活的李姓嫌犯逮捕到案。

警方表示，擁有多起毒品涉嫌案件的李姓嫌犯，為了躲避警方追緝，乾脆睡在車上，居無定所，讓警方難以掌握行蹤。這次獲得線報後，偵查隊長黃啟杰決定親自帶隊，與6名刑警前往線報的吉安鄉，果然看到李姓男子獨自一人，趁他搬東西之際，偵查隊長一聲令下，蜂擁而上，將他逮捕到案。

警方同時在他車上起出大量的一級毒品海洛英，在警訊後今天將他移送法辦。
