日月光中壢廠 罰款恐逾25萬元

日月光中壢廠違法排放廢水，桃園縣政府環境保護局核算罰款逾25萬元，俟採樣檢測數據出爐，再依裁罰基準加重裁罰。

桃園縣府環保局貓頭鷹專案稽查人員昨天晚間稽查日月光中壢廠，當場查獲晶片切割機台製程廢水未經處理，溢流排放，除當場要求3台晶片切割機立即停機，並將溢流排放管線封管，這部分製程也立即停工。

環保局表示，日月光中壢廠區有封測、材料等7廠，自2004年設廠至今，環保局共稽查79次、告發十次，罰款金額75.4萬元。
