鴨子亂跑破壞農物　鄰居鬧上法院

【陳宏銘／屏東報導】管不住野鴨？潮州鄰居鬧上法院。今年十月間，種冬瓜的鄞姓農民不滿黃姓鄰居的鴨子常飛到其冬瓜田戲水，踩踏、啄食損傷其冬瓜苗，要求賠償。鄞姓農民索價賠償一季收成損失逾10萬元，但黃男只願賠5000元，因調解不成，雙方鬧上法院。
 
鄞男指控，黃所養的綠頭鴨多次飛到其冬瓜園破壞農作，被他拍照蒐證。黃男則表示，他養鵝，三隻綠頭鴨是外地飛來的，綠頭鴨自由活動，他也管不了。
