台中單元2　首家大型連鎖速食店進駐

【王鈞生／台中報導】台中市單元2重劃區為豪墅推案密集區域，年底前將開設首家大型連鎖速食店，預計在下周四開幕，並設有得來速車道、供來往車輛快速購餐。該店麥當勞工作人員表示，雖然周邊目前較空曠，不過道路車流量多，效益仍可期，因此先行卡位。

該店位在五權西路、向上路口，為通往市區東西向主要幹道之一，據傳未來還將有連鎖餐廳進駐，住商不動產惠文圓滿加盟店經理陳嘉祥指出，單元2為台中指標區段之一，大型連鎖商店進駐後，勢必帶動機能成熟，商圈逐步成形。
