標題[問題] 關於謀職假

公司有按照勞基法給謀職假 但是申請謀職假非常複雜 就算是依公司規定吧 但如果向長官申請不過 這謀職假就無法成立了（就是不給休囉） 最大的理由是沒有找到職務代理人 像是這部份我覺得這是遊走邊緣啦 有按照勞基法給假了 卻不一定可放 這樣可以申訴嗎？ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.248.171.148
