清境爭議　南投縣政府與業者強調要現勘

【陳方瑩／南投報導】針對營建署代理署長許文龍昨提出不要現勘清境，以免遭到不理性抗議。南投縣政府建設處長曾仁隆今天指出，縣府提出「清境風景特定區都市計畫」，與業者都有「安全第一」的共識，相信業者都會理性面對。

清境觀光協會理事長魏振宇及業者也都主張要實地勘查，若只是在圖面上認定危險與否，讓人難以信服。魏振宇說，多年來致力植樹、淨山工作，業者都有高度的保育觀念，最後確認的高危險區，一定會配合政府的政策拆除。

曾仁隆表示，內政部日前公布清境地區災害潛勢圖套疊結果，高達46%範圍列為「高地質災害風險區域」，與實際情形有落差，縣府委託顧問公司作套疊結果明天將出爐，明日下午將前往營建署，針對「高地質災害風險區域」範圍如何認定、判斷依據為何？進行溝通與釐清，希望先建立書面作業共識，再安排日期共同實地現勘，以確認高危險區範圍。
