房子買了不能住　屋主：你只買一半

【陳詩璧／綜合報導】台北市1名王姓女子，砸下66萬元購買北市萬華區的一棟法拍屋，不料買了卻不能住，原來她當初買下的，只有透天厝房屋的二分之一持分，另外一半還在原屋主手上，雙方談不攏鬧到法院，結果雙方都不能住。

根據今日出版的《自由時報》報導，當初王姓女子看準了房子便宜才下手，打算買了之後可以出租賺錢，不曉得到手的房子，自己只有一半的產權，王姓女子找上原屋主陳姓男子，才知道，當初房子一半的產權，陳男的哥哥早就過給女兒，後來因為債務問題被法拍，王姓女子曾提議要陳男以原價買回，但是對方推拖，兩人才會告上法院，最後法官判雙方未經同意的情況下，都不得居住，於是陳男搬出透天厝，王姓女子也不能使用。
