小英之友會「太平區分會」成立

小英之友會上午在台中市太平區成立「太平區分會」，兩位有意參選下屆市長的立法委員何佳龍、蔡其昌都到場，小英教育基金會董事長蔡英文感謝先前參選台中市長落選的蘇嘉全雖然曾創下頗佳成績，但這次能世代交替，把機會讓給林、蔡二人。

蔡英文說，民進黨在簡肇棟立委補選時，在太平區拿下百分之48的選票，何欣純選時亦衝高了得票，她期盼，在明年的選舉能再創更好成績，並在議會取得過半席次，讓台中市議會議長也是民進黨的。
