推案熱　周末建案簡訊轟炸

【鄭婷方／新北報導】年末購屋旺季來臨，房市升溫，各建案推銷手法多元，然而現代人幾乎手機不離身，發送手機簡訊吸引看屋人潮就是主要的管道之1，每逢周末甚至高達數十封，案場雖成功賺到人氣，但也讓部分民眾收簡訊收到手軟。
 
新莊區「合心大美｣專案經理柯偉挺表示，該案餘51坪4房產品，含1個橫移式車位最低總價2450萬元起。平均每周委託廠商發送1萬筆簡訊，可吸引30~40通民眾來電詢問，進而再轉為實際到場看屋客戶10~15組，顯示簡訊廣告具一定的效果。
