住大樓，但樓上常常敲地板發出咚咚聲，要怎麼辦呢？

小弟我住大樓，
入住後才發現，樓上的住戶很妙，
幾乎每晚，天花板都會三不五時傳出咚咚的聲音。
有時像是搬動家具的撞擊聲。
有時有人的跑步聲(從一邊跑到另外一邊)
還有時候會有像高爾夫球掉在地板上的撞擊聲。噹噹噹的...

請問大家有類似的經驗嗎？
我們不認識樓上的，跟它們也沒過節，不懂為何會這樣。
如果是偶而就算了，幾乎每晚都要聽這聲音。覺得很扯。
如果讓我再選，我不會選這間大樓。
不過話說回來，買房前如何知道住樓上的傢伙是這種德行呢？
唉，真苦惱。
