【動新聞】寒流發威　今晨淡水9.5度

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】寒流發威！中央氣象局指出，今天清晨平地最低溫為淡水9.5度，其次是嘉義9.8度、板橋9.9度。入冬首波寒流昨天已有25人猝死，醫師提醒民眾注意保暖。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，昨天不僅玉山、合歡山飄雪，北台灣氣溫驟降10度，淡水昨傍晚更出現平地最低溫10度，中央氣象局預報中心主任鄭明典表示，近年寒流報到的時間偏晚，持續時間也短，今年寒流提早在11月來襲，時隔34年來首見，可能是中緯度西風偏強，導致冷空氣聚集在高緯度地區、無法南下，當冷空氣聚集到一定程度後逐漸外竄，此時降溫的幅度就相當驚人
