當然也可用來做test case,比如某軟體的UDP protocol,可以故意drop特定UDP封包

1. Network adapter link state control.

2. Network adapter discard packets.

3. Done by Windows driver. Just install it and no extra machine required.

4. Test socket API for ensure all socket handles are freed.

5. Close socket handle to test remote computer error handling.
