葉少爺酒駕撞死人案 6年刑期確定

去年四月發生的「葉少爺」葉冠亨酒駕撞死人案件，當時成為媒體焦點，最高法院審理之後，認定二審判決的認定事實和適用法律沒有違誤，今天駁回檢辯雙方的上訴，還是判決葉冠亨六年有期徒刑，全案也就此確定。

「葉少爺」葉冠亨去年四月，在酒店飲酒作樂之後，開著雙B轎車，載著友人行經高雄市中華三路和光復一街路口，為了閃避垃圾車，加上自己酒駕徵車速過快，撞死行人穿越道上的李姓婦人，車上的友人也因此傷重不治，更悲慘的是，李姓婦人的丈夫也因為傷心過度去世。車禍發生之後，葉少爺沒有在第一時間道歉，又被網友發現他在網路上炫富，遭輿論大加撻伐。

全案經過檢方提起公訴之後，一二審法院認定，葉冠亨涉犯酒駕肇事致人於死罪，重判他六年有期徒刑。最高法院審理之後，則是認為原審法院量刑合理，且認定事實和適用法律沒有違誤，二十七號駁回檢辯雙方的上訴，全案也就此確定。
