店家名稱：仁翔社區 蔥肉餅 消費時間：2013年11月 地址：高雄市楠梓區常德路319號 價位：原味25元、加蛋30元 交通：高雄市公車 6「仁翔社區站」下車 時間：每天下午 - 售完 備註：每週日公休 圖文網誌版：http://ajaysblog.pixnet.net/blog/post/23085874 -- 今天打飯的地點，是位在楠梓仁翔社區商店街的人氣小吃「蔥肉餅」。 「蔥肉餅」是流行於南部的小吃，在高雄販賣的人相當多，有別於蔥油餅，蔥肉餅在餅內包著非常多的肉餡，吃起來的爽度可是遠超過蔥油餅呢！ 這家蔥肉餅存在仁翔社區很久了，自從發現以來，我幾乎經過就會買來吃，下午時段總是排滿了人，不過出餐還算蠻快的，價格便宜又好吃，所以越來越有人氣。 旁邊工作人員現做，並包進大量內餡，之後就準備下鍋煎囉！ 這家販賣的就原味和加蛋兩種，特別要提的是加蛋，會先在煎台上打個蛋，鋪上九層塔後，把蔥肉餅放上去續煎，之後起鍋瀝油就完成了 「蔥肉餅加蛋」 蔥肉餅雖然對折，還是非常大片，裡面包著蛋和九層塔，並淋上辣醬汁，香味撲鼻而來。 咬下一口，首先是外皮的酥，接著是蛋香與九層塔的完美結合，最後是肉及其汁，非常有層次的擴散在嘴裡，每一樣配料都是主角，味道只能用完美來形容，太好吃啦！ -- 圖文網誌版：http://ajaysblog.pixnet.net/blog/post/23085874 -- 阿捷的打飯班 http://ajaysblog.pixnet.net/blog -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 223.141.235.250
