衛福部：明年健保費率不會漲

【邱俊吉／台北報導】健保會今於中央健保署檢討二代健保補充保費，由於補充保費收取情形優於預期，健保整體財務狀況相當穩定，預計今年將節餘804億元；若明年維持今年的費率，即一般保費費率4.91%、補充保費費率2%，明年將節餘超過千億元。

衛福部社會保險司司長曲同光說，健保會已討論過費率，對於明年費率，委員並未建議調漲，所以明年的保費不會漲。

健保財務穩定，卻遭民間團體質疑，指衛福部之前成立二代健保檢討小組，宣稱要檢討二代健保制度、包括補充保費的公平性等，但今公開的內容，完全沒有「檢討」補充保費，僅公開保費收取情形，其數字雖漂亮，卻看不到檢討的誠意，痛批二代健保檢討小組只是虛晃一招。
