林克穎引渡庭 明年1月8日9日連開兩天

英國愛丁堡地方法院訂明年一月八日、九日連續兩天開庭審理台灣聲請引渡林克穎案。法官在今天的法庭中確認，已經收到英國皇家檢察官代台灣提出的聲請引渡請求書。

林克穎的律師在法庭質疑，台灣與英國沒有邦交，雖然簽訂引渡備忘錄，但在法律上聲請引渡林克穎有「不適格」的問題。法務部指出，法官當庭沒有表示意見，只裁決林克穎還押，及訂開庭日期。
