大家覺得那一家比較好呢？ 公司 某麻辣火鍋台北旗艦店 東區的一間日式洋食餐廳Lounge Bar 成立 80年 101年 規模 連鎖性質分店9間 1間 1000人 20人 內場分7個區域 內場分4個區域 職務 內場廚務專員 內場正職人員 車程 公車50分 捷運30分、公車50分 起薪 28200、三個月後考核調薪 27000、識所學調薪 工時 10：00～19：30 12：00～22：00（休息1小時） 12：00～21：00（休息1小時） 休假 8天（3天自己排、5天主管排） 目前5天（直接和內場其他人討論） 福利 勞健保、團保、勞退、獎金分紅 勞健保、團保、勞退、獎金分紅 升遷制度完整、教育訓練健全、 供餐、慶生會、不定期餐敘、尾牙 年度尾牙、一個月1次用餐折扣 國內外員工旅遊、員工分紅配股 年終 去年2個月 去年2個月 優點 有規模的大企業、起薪高、氣氛和樂 供餐、氣氛和樂、藝人投資、環境優美 工時固定8小時、上班時間不准抽煙 日本主廚、可練習日語、餐點配方都能學到 輪班制、不用站太久、店內人都不錯 店內人都不錯、冷氣涼、自由度頗大 因為缺人所以不太可能被裁員 缺點 不供餐、非常忙碌、責任制 工時長、需久站、生意不算很好 尤其年節將近，外帶訂單正高潮 升遷制度不算好、沒有完整的教育訓練 上班時間不能帶手機在身上、限制多 被取代性質高、上班到家約23點～24點 大部分東西皆由中央廚房備好 學不到什麼廚藝或配方 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.34.110.112
